The perfect file fastener for medical records. This unique plastic fastener converts a file folder into a well organized loose-leaf format. The self-adhesive back allows for easy insertation to any file folder. Its flexible, three piece design (base, extensor, and compressor bar) features legs that are easily removed so documents can be inserted, removed, or copied without disturbing preceding pages.

A Tyvek strip patterned with adhesive at each end is optional. This strip attaches to the inside front flap of the file folders and the DocuClip legs threads through the middle to create a loose-leaf format.
