Charge-Out Forms

Jeter Charge-Out Forms are replacement tracking forms used to document when a file folder is removed from a filing system. These forms allow staff to record the name of the borrower and the date the record left the file area, helping maintain accountability and accurate document control.

Charge-out forms are typically used with file outguides but are sold separately.
